秋晴れ、カーボンバイクで軽く走ってきた。

ときおり心塞ぐことがあっても、ロードバイクの静かな回転音を聴いていると心が次第に落ち着いてくる。

上阿古谷の集落にて。

でも灰を含んだ水を飲んだかの如き悪感情はすぐには消えないので、意識的に短い峠を走るコースに挟み込む。上りだと身体に負荷がかかって他のことを考えることが出来なくなるし、身体をダイレクトに感じることができる（しんどいけど）。

阿古谷の短いが傾斜のきつい坂を上りきると、民田の集落。

里道でサンドイッチをほおばる。

能勢の大坂峠を越えて里道へ。

ベンチがあって休憩できるんだ。

能勢の大ケヤキでトイレ休憩。秋空、大ケヤキのまわりには多くの人が休憩していた。

大槌峠を越えて妙見口へ。妙見口の旧道があったので走ってみた。妙見山への参拝道であっただろう雰囲気の道を抜けると、ニュータウンへ至る。

R477、余野街道を流して早めに帰宅。帰宅の途中、運動会を終えた小学生たちが楽しそうに歩いている。今日はローディを北摂であまり見かけなかったが、みなさん、我が子の運動会見学で忙しかったのかな。

走行距離　85km

最近読んだブログや自転車本、ランドナーの魅力が語られているが、私はカーボンバイクがやはり好きかな。
・ギミックであること
・年をとるほどカーボンバイクの快適さがわかってくる。非力でもそれなりに走れる。
・下りでの安定にはクリートは必須。
・サイクルウェアーは走るのに合理的。

競技志向でなくても、里山を楽しく走るにはカーボンバイクが魅力的、雑音のない乾いたツールだし。

帰宅後、Kindle版のコミックを読む。

独特の画力だな。

作者は、ボブ・ディランの歌「one more cup of coffee」が好きでコミックの題名にしたようだ。
